cAESAR TOLAND
The 30-year-old Charlotte, NC native over the last decade has dedicated his life to helping the community through his love of food and nutrition. Having years of experience in the restaurant industry he has also conquered his way through the world of academia and higher education. Obtaining an associate degree in culinary arts, a bachelor’s in public health, and a master’s degree in public health-nutrition. Through his traveling earning the degrees has helped him gain more knowledge about food and how it can be used to prevent disease within the human body.

Caesar values his family and their health; this has allowed him to care about everyone he encounters daily. Growing up in Charlotte, NC he understands that the number one reason people eat food is for taste, so he wants to make the best-tasting juices he can for the community, all while providing healing (“medicine in the candy”). Eventually making the power of juicing more known within the indigenous cultures of the United States of America and globally.
